By investing in, and managing, our own plant we can offer a wide range of remediation techniques at competitive rates.

Celtic was the first company in the UK to obtain and utilise an MTL.

Celtic has nearly 30 years of experience undertaking contaminated land remediation including development sites. Many of the projects completed involved acting as specialist remediation contractor but equally Celtic has often been Principal Contractor. Most of the sites we have remediated contained a mix of contaminants, typically containing mixed fill with asbestos, organic contaminants such as PAHs, VOCs, chlorinated solvents and oils and a range of inorganic contaminants such as heavy metals.

We have undertaken numerous gasworks remediation projects including gasholder dewatering/de-oiling.  We are licensed to provide the on-site treatment of recovered water prior to disposal to sewer under a temporary trade discharge consent and treatment of sludges to enable re-use of the treated material.
